IBT Solutions recently, July 2010, completed a major Telecoms project for AIB. The project enabled all calls for 160 of iys brahc network to be diverted to the purpose built call centre where agents now answer over 80% of customers within 10 seconds and complete the customer request within 2 minutes. As part of the project IBT Solutions also identified and removed over 1 millon Euro of recurring telecoms costs without affecting service.
